We can't thank you enough for all you have done for us. It has been a pleasure to do business with you from start to finish. You are honest, caring, efficient, professional, and produce top quality work! Thank you for caring about every detail - from setting the house, to grading the properly; from a sump-pump to a bathroom lightbulb; and from communicating with government agencies to good communication with us. You have all been a joy to deal with - every step of the way!
Also, Dave and Cindy, thank you for your patience and encouragement when we were still unsure whether to dive into this project or not. You have both made it a painless transition for us!

Dave and Cindy are great to work with. We moved into our house the week before Christmas. My wife,
son and I love the house. Everything went smoothly with Dave and Cindy being coordinators for the
project. I could not ask for better people to work with. Dave goes over and above to make you happy,
and we are. If you plan to build a modular do not do what my cousin did , He went thru a competitors modular home business
and said it was terrible experiences. They may be cheaper, but you will not get the service like Dave
gives. If you have questions you could ask Dave or Cindy for my number. I give them permission to give
it to you. Don't make the mistake and go with someone else. My wife and I meet Dave and Cindy a little
over a year ago, and I felt very comfortable do this project with KD homes.
